Stacy Flynn is the founder and broker/owner of Legacy Insurance & Real Estate, bringing over 25 years of experience in insurance and risk management. Licensed at 18, she began her career in personal and commercial insurance and investments, later specializing in agricultural insurance, risk management, and comprehensive coverage solutions for individuals, businesses, and public entities across the Midwest.
In 2021, Stacy expanded her services to include real estate. She now serves clients throughout Iowa, helping them buy and sell homes with the same trusted guidance she has long provided in insurance.
She holds multiple professional designations, including Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist (AFIS), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA), Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI), and Associate in Customer Service (ACS).

Carly joined Legacy Insurance in 2023, bringing fresh perspective, energy, and a strong commitment to client service. A 2024 graduate of Sigourney High School, she is now pursuing her undergraduate degree at the University of Northern Iowa, where she also competes as a pitcher for the UNI Softball team. Known for her dedication, focus, and determination—qualities she applies in athletics, academics, and her professional life—Carly quickly became a valued part of the Legacy team. While her studies now keep her on campus, she continues to be a cherished member of the Legacy family.
